the first post!

Here is the first of what ever God is giving me lately. sometimes people say that the only service for God is full time preaching, I dissagree. I serve God when he tells me to. so here's what He gave me today.

My First, and my last.

 

He went to the cross and bore all my shame,

while I'm standing there idol,

He took all the blame,

when I was the one deemed dead and lifeless within,

Jesus looked to the father and said Go ahead, let him in.

pain and weakness are my strength and in Him will I trust,

so that my pride and possessions don't cause this Christian to rust.

some said I had broken all the rules, and I said, maybe just a bend,

But the Bible says greater love hath no man, then he lay down his life, for a friend.

so why does he love me? with this mistake and this failure,

did you forget my friend, that he wants to be your savior?

because if the wages of sin is death, then I'm a goner,

see but now I get to bring him glory and honor.

Jesus saved me forever, in him I'm made new,

homie you can be the same with no sin inside of you.
